VICTOR NICHOLSON / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Victor embodies the rare balance of spiritual gifts, community development and operations management. These gifts equip Victor to initiate spiritual revival, community transformation and organizational efficiency. Victor is a licensed minister, known as a compelling speaker with a keen ability to make connections.

SUSANNA MATHEW / DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

Pulling from a background in Social Work and nearly a decade of experience in various roles at the Dream Center, Susanna oversees organizational strategy, cross-functional initiatives, and systems development to support the Dream Center’s mission to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel

BRYANT ROBALINO / YOUTH PASTOR

Bryant serves as a bridge between Dream Center Church and the Dream Center, inviting youth through Dream Center programming into community and discipleship at Dream Center Church. With an unwavering determination to see youth transformed by a revelation of Christ, Bryant ensures youth are reached and taught with truth and compassion, and find a sense of belonging in the body of Christ.

JESSICA LOUSSAMBOU / NEIGHBORHOOD COORDINATOR

Jessica is a pivotal leader in our Adopt A Block neighborhoods, crafting together powerful and engaging programming for neighborhood children to learn about and love God. With a deep desire to see the next generation lead from a place of Biblical truth and relationship with the Lord, Jessica serves our neighborhoods with excellence and gratitude.

SHARON BREMER / DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPY

Sharon plays a critical role in connecting members of the community to the Dream Center to create a lasting impact through time, talent, and treasure. She cultivates relationships and aligns philanthropic goals with the objectives of the organization. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development, she has honed her expertise in donor relations, strategic fundraising, and organizational development.

JAMIE WORKMAN / ASSISTANT TO THE PASTOR

After several years of volunteering with the Dream Center and attending Dream Center Church, Jamie now leads Friday Night Street Ministry, establishing meaningful relationships with our neighbors on the streets and inviting them into discipleship at Dream Center Church. Because of Jamie’s passion for spreading the love of Jesus and the good news of the Gospel, lives have been healed and restored.

NICOLE ESTRADA / NEIGHBORHOOD MANAGER

Nicole manages the neighborhood team, ensuring impactful community programming and activities. As a passionate advocate for personal growth and community impact, Nicole is deeply committed to sharing and representing God’s love wherever she goes, fostering faith-led transformations, and encouraging others to develop a profound relationship with God.

DARIAN BLUE / DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR

Darian leads Dream Center Discipleship initiatives and serves as a church growth strategist. His personal mission to Love God, Lift People and Lead Communities directly align with those of the Dream Center. Darian welcomes the challenges of changing people’s lives through God’s word and growing them in love, turning hope and ideas into a vision.

LONI RAMOCAN / FINANCE DIRECTOR

Loni hails from Detroit, MI and from her youth she has spent time volunteering and working in faith-based ministries in the city. In-addition to non-profit accounting experience, Loni has over 10 years of experience in various for-profit industries. Loni felt a calling to focus more on the non-profit industry. Loni joined the Dream Center in 2023 to merge her passion for accounting and process improvement while making a meaningful social impact.

JIM & KAREN NOBLE / FOUNDERS

Jim Noble, alongside his wife, Karen, have impacted the city of Charlotte in numerous ways. Alongside founding the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center, the Nobles founded and own Noble Food and Pursuits, and pastor the Dream Center Church of Charlotte. With extraordinary vision and heart for people to walk fully in God’s calling, the Noble’s commitment to see a transformed city goes unmatched.

MARION SPARGO / DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

Marion joined the Noble Food and Pursuits team in 2024, bringing over 30 years of expertise in office management, executive assistance, and administrative services. With a deep passion for organization and communication, Marion serves as a vital link between Noble Food and Pursuits’ restaurants and the mission-driven work of the Dream Center, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across all facets of our organization.

ROBIN DIAMOND / RELATIONSHIP DIRECTOR

"It's all about a relationship." That is the heartbeat of Robin's past, present and future. A career journey that spans almost 40 years including marketing, public relations, non-profit development, and twelve years on full-time ministry staff with Young Life. Her joy is to "set the table" be that relationally or literally by supporting the Dream Center team with event planning as well as connecting NF&P Guests with the many ministries and mission of the Dream Center.

BERRY EPLEY / CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Berry has over thirty years of finance and leadership experience with several large corporations and joined Noble Food and Pursuits in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer allowing him to leverage his experience to give back to the community and provide financial oversight for a faith-centered organization. Berry now serves as President/Chief Administrative Officer of NF&P and sits on the Board of Directors for the Dream Center.

KELLY TROTT / PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

A dedicated and mission-driven nonprofit leader, Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in community engagement, volunteer coordination, program development, and outreach. She has led a variety of impactful social service initiatives, built strong partnerships with local organizations, donors, and volunteers, and fostered collaborative environments that support long-term community growth. Known for her relational approach and strategic mindset, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections and developing systems that expand an organization’s reach and impact.

EDDIE PAEZ / NEIGHBORHOOD COORDINATOR

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Eddie is passionate about sharing how Jesus saved his life—and how He can do the same for anyone. Through his experience at City on a Hill Milwaukee as a Volunteer and Program Coordinator, Eddie led missions teams and organized community outreaches, which fueled his heart for neighborhood outreach and initiatives like Adopt a Block. He lives to see people set free from their old way of life and loves watching them grow into who God created them to be. Eddie’s story is proof that Jesus still transforms lives today.

CLAROMY ROBALINO / DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Claromy intentionally shapes the Dream Center Discipleship Program to foster spiritual growth, restoration, and Christ-centered structure. Coordinating both transitional housing and the daily rhythms of discipleship, Claromy cultivates spaces where individuals are equipped to grow in faith, embrace accountability, and walk in lasting transformation.

NIKOLE RIVERS / ASSOCIATE YOUTH LEADER

Originally from St. George, South Carolina, Nikole brings a servant’s heart and a passion for uplifting and encouraging the next generation—especially young women. As the new Associate Youth Leader, she is deeply committed to helping youth grow in their faith, discover their identity in Christ, and walk boldly in the journey of becoming all God has called them to be. For Nikole, ministry is more than mentorship—it’s about creating space for transformation, purpose, and lasting impact.
