
HOLY GROUND CAMPAIGN
Future Home of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center
This 13-acre site will be a place of healing, transformation, and hope. Designed as a triage center for recovery, it will provide a 12-month transitional living program for individuals and families impacted by drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness, and hopelessness.
The campus will include 32 six-bedroom, six-bathroom homes, offering housing for 200–500 people annually. Residents will receive job readiness training, life skills development, and discipleship to prepare them for successful reintegration into society.
A multi-purpose building will serve as the hub of the campus, housing the Dream Center Church, classrooms for mental health and substance abuse support, counseling services, and financial literacy programs. It will also include office space for Dream Center staff.

A woodworking shop where residents will learn furniture-making skills.

Employment pathways through partnerships with Noble Foods and Pursuit Restaurants.

Extensive gardens that will serve as hands-on training sites, with fresh produce distributed through the Dream Center Food Market to underserved communities.

A pocket park designed for reflection, recreation, and community building.
