The campus will include 32 six-bedroom, six-bathroom homes, offering housing for 200–500 people annually. Residents will receive job readiness training, life skills development, and discipleship to prepare them for successful reintegration into society.

A multi-purpose building will serve as the hub of the campus, housing the Dream Center Church, classrooms for mental health and substance abuse support, counseling services, and financial literacy programs. It will also include office space for Dream Center staff.
